Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the administrative expertise of human resource practitioners on job performance, with a particular focus on the mediating role of achievement motivation. In today’s competitive work environment, effective human resource management is crucial for enhancing organizational performance. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing surveys to collect data from HR professionals and employees across various sectors. Key findings indicate that higher levels of administrative expertise among HR practitioners positively correlate with improved job performance. Furthermore, achievement motivation emerges as a significant mediator in this relationship, suggesting that practitioners with strong administrative skills foster a motivating environment that enhances employee performance. The study highlights the importance of investing in the professional development of HR practitioners to cultivate their administrative capabilities and boost achievement motivation within teams. Recommendations are provided for organizations to prioritize training and development initiatives that enhance HR expertise and create a performance-oriented culture. This research contributes to the understanding of how HR practices can be optimized to achieve better job performance outcomes in the workplace.
