Refund Policy

Policy Research Journal is committed to providing authors with a transparent and fair refund policy. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued for manuscript submission fees and article processing charges (APCs).

1. Manuscript Submission Fees:

  • Full refunds: Will be issued for submissions withdrawn before the peer-review process commences.
  • Partial refunds: May be issued for submissions withdrawn during the peer-review process, depending on the stage of review completed. For example, no refund will be issued after the reviewers have received the manuscript.
  • No refunds: Will be issued for submissions rejected by the editors or reviewers.

2. Article Processing Charges (APCs):

  • No refunds: Will be issued for accepted manuscripts and published articles. The APC is considered payment for the publication services provided, regardless of the final outcome of the peer-review process.

3. Additional Considerations:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the journal's editorial office.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment.
  • This policy is subject to change at any time. The most current version will be available on the journal's website.
